Rules of Conduct

  • A positive standard of conduct will be held for the students at all time. Because students are often subject to negative influence from other sources, it is necesary to specifically mention certain negative attitude and behaviour that cannot be tolerated.
  • Disobeying simple ordinary class room rules.
  • Showing disrespect and insubordination towards school personnel.
  • Bringing unnecessary and inappropriate items to the school campus. Among these are weapons, sharp objects, radios, tape recorder, cameras, distracting toys, tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, cigarets and lighters, matches, explosives, inappropriate jewelry and mobile etc. Such objects will be confiscated and returned only to the student parent.
  • Unwholesome language including profanity, slang or obscenity in words or action.
  • Strict regularity and punctuality, implicit obedience, courtesy in words and deeds, cleanlines in dress and school property are expected from every pupil.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual lack of interest in school work, stealing misconduct even outside the school premises, wilful, repeated breaches of school regulations are sufficient reasons for dismissal of the child from school.
  • Pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in school but also their general behaviour outside. Any report of objectionable conduct ont the part of any pupil will make him/her liable for disciplinary action. Misbehavior on public streets and conveyance is liable to the same action.
  • The Principal, in the interest of the school and without assigning any reason, may ask a parent/guardian to withdraw his ward, should the ward's conduct, behavior or influence, in the Principal's opinion, be in any way detrimental to the common good of the school and its smooth running.
  • All pupils are required to wear the school uniform. Neatness in dress and person should be cultivated by each pupil. Long nails, nail polish, jewelry or bringing of expensive articles to school is strictly prohibited.
  • All should be particularly careful NOT TO THROW PAPER any where in the school premises. They should use waste paper baskets and bins specially provided for this purpose.
  • All are expected to speak English in school. Hindi may be spoken during the Hindi lessons only.
  • Gifts to members of the other demonstrations in their honour, require the previous sanction of the Principal. All pupils should endeavor to excel in the practice of good manners and obedience to their teacher.
